R. Kelly was placed behind bars today at the Cook County jail for failing to pay more than $160,000 in child support.
Sources connected to the embattled singer tell TMZ that Kelly hasn't covered the $161,633 he owes to his ex-wife, Drea Kelly, and his deadline was today.
No word on when he will released.
